Our total aggregate liability for direct losses is limited to the amounts paid to us under the relevant contract in the preceding 12 months.

Clients agree to indemnify NepalSky.com against claims arising from misuse of delivered software, data breaches caused by the client's environment, or third-party integrations not provisioned by NepalSky.com.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Nepal. Parties agree that courts located in Kathmandu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.

Before formal proceedings, parties should attempt amicable resolution via written notice and 30 days for response. We may require arbitration in accordance with an agreed procedure for certain commercial contracts.
